Residential District || "The Apartments"

The Residential District, or "The Apartments", is a subsystem within the Inner City section of the Upside City in the Royal We system.

It's broken up even further into the Influencer Complex and Baroque Suite- the latter of which also contains Doppelganger-Who, Nocturne, and Study Date. However, Nocturne are a nomadic group as well and are listed on the this site as such.

Each part of Baroque Suite is listed here, but most information on the folks in the Influencer Complex is on this site.
